He leads the firm’s specialized group of lawyers focused on telecommunications, media, technology (TMT), and data privacy. In this role, he ensures the delivery of practical, business-focused legal solutions across regulated and fast-evolving sectors. Naytiwut also works closely with founding partner John Formichella on TMT and energy mandates, providing integrated legal support on transactions and compliance matters involving international and domestic stakeholders.

Naytiwut holds two Master of Laws (LLM.) degrees—one from the University of Kent and another from the University of Dundee—in addition to an LLB. from Chulalongkorn University. His dual international qualifications and Thai legal foundation enable him to navigate cross-border legal challenges with precision and cultural fluency.

He comes from a distinguished Thai legal family with a legacy of service in both the judiciary and private practice. Several members of his family have served as judges in Thailand’s district courts and the Supreme Court, while others have established notable legal practices. This heritage informs his values of integrity, discipline, and commitment to the rule of law.
