Phalavat Kosalanon

Phalavat is an associate attorney with experience in corporate and regulatory matters and pre-litigation matters. Currently, his practice mainly emphasizes corporate and regulatory matters, including representing clients in complex corporate governance and assisting senior lawyers and partners with data protection, e-commerce, and telecommunications matters. He joined Formichella & Sritawat after working with a prominent Bangkok firm. Phalavat graduated from the prestigious Chulalongkorn University Faculty of Law.
