Onnicha Khongthon

Onnicha Khongthon (Ging) is a Senior Associate with over seven years of experience in corporate law, the technology, media, and telecoms sector (TMT), data privacy, cyber-security, and space law, including corporate and commercial matters. Onnicha began practicing after receiving an LL.B. at Chulalongkorn University.
Onnicha continues to strengthen her knowledge in wide-ranging matters, from general commercial and TMT issues to research into cyber-security, satellite, and data privacy law. Onnicha also guides foreign businesses through the often-complex process of establishing themselves in Thailand, including company registrations, BOI applications, American Treaty registrations, telecommunication licensing, obtaining Foreign Business Licenses, and Foreign Business Certificates.
