Sutin Jamallsawat is a General Counsel to Formichella & Sritawat with 37 years of experience,
specializing in civil and criminal, labor, administrative litigation, and real estate. Sutin counsels many
banks in Krabi Province and previously taught law at Thailand National Sports University (Krabi Campus).
Sutin received a law degree from Ramkhamhaeng University in B.E. 2528 (1985).

He is a lifetime member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand. He was chairman of the Lawyers Council of Krabi Province from 1995-1998, the head of the Rotary Club of Krabi Province from 2001-2002, and the current
chairman of the Subcommittee Section 41 of Krabi Province (National Health Security Office) since 2003.
He is also a board member of the Land Allocation Dispute Committee for the Land Office of Thailand –
Ministry of Interior in Krabi Province.
